1.        Payment (full or 10$deposit )is due within one week of signing child or self up for lessons or the first day of class, whichever comes first.  Space cannot be guarantee if some form of payment is not received on time.

2.       You are welcome to stay on the pool deck because this is a private community pool I can not restrict you from being there however I do ask that for your child’s benefit you remain away from the edge of the pool and to not interact with the child during this time (an occasional good job will never be discouraged though) to much interaction will district them from the task at hand which is the most important part of why they are here.

3.       Also because this is a Private community I can not close the pool to other residents so please understand that there will be other children in the pool That being said this has never been an issue just the occasional wayward child wondering what’s going on but quickly move on once they learn that it’s a class.

4.       Weather Policy:  Lessons will continue rain or shine the only exception to that is if there is thunder or lighting in the area, It your responsibility to call me at (954) 427-1001 if lessons are in question.  If I don’t answer and there is no information on my voice mail stating whether lessons are cancelled or not you are to assume that lessons will be held.

5.       Make up Policy:  If lessons are canceled due to weather conditions they will be made up on the makeup dates on the 2010 Schedule Dates. If you are unable to attend those make up dates I will make every attempt to place your child in another class to make that day up, however there is no guarantee of that due to space availability.  If you miss lessons for any other reason again I will make every attempt to place them in a class for that make up but again due to space availability I can not guarantee that.

6.       Refund Policy:  A full refund will be given on all prepaid lessons scheduled up to 2 weeks prior to the start of lessons.  If you have paid in full and you need to cancel within those 2 week prior to lesson, a  15$cancelation charge(per session and child signed up) will be assed and the remaining  balance will be returned within 2 weeks of cancelation.  You may reschedule lessons up to 2 days prior to lesson with no penalty.  If within those 2 days a 15$rescheduling fee will be assed.   If your child has become sick during the session and can not continue that session I will make every attempt place them in the next class with no penalty.

7.       Please make sure your child has used the restroom prior to the start of lesson.  Although I have access to the bathrooms it prevents delays or interruptions during lesson if they have already tended to natureJ.

8.       Please arrive at least 10 minutes before of the 1^st day of the classes to finalize any last minute payment issues or restroom stop and the remaining classes at least 5 minutes.  I can not hold up the classes if you are late and classes will be over at their scheduled time even if you arrive late. 

9.       Please make sure your child has proper swim ware (no underwear please) swim diapers are ok if age appropriate. Goggles are ok if they are not a distraction during the class also once lessons begin for the benefit of your child I recommend the discontinuance of water wings.
